Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day leadership, management, and support of testing projects, including implementation, supporting infrastructure, and ongoing maintenance of the test suite. Build, manage, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of engineers. Develop software development and testing strategy utilizing industry standards; create roadmap and timeline of implementation based on business needs. Define and track reporting metrics and KPIs to measure performance, quality, and on-time delivery of the Software Test team. Maintain dashboards and produce monthly test performance reports for executive leadership. Ensure QA/Testing processes and procedures are followed consistently across projects and teams. Partner closely with Development and BA teams to deliver Transcend products with robust quality. Own overarching delivery test strategies and test approaches for projects. Lead multi-disciplinary, high-performance work teams distributed across remote locations. Expand DPS capabilities through a customer-obsessed, services-driven digital solutions platform leveraging data and AI to deliver automated and personalized experiences. Manage and escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to engineering initiatives. Interact with key business partners to recommend solutions that align with strategic business needs. Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Minimum of 14 years of strong testing experience Minimum of 4+ years of strong QA Automation experience. Expert in API Automation testing and exposure to REST API framework , Automation experience using any of the tools – Postman, Rest assured will be effective for the role. Strong Experience in Integration testing (SIT) and ability to understand the system/Data Flow architecture and guide the team to build effective test scenarios. Experience with Automation frameworks and tools like Selenium. Good understanding on various testing methodologies, SOLID design Principles and Performance testing principles. Demonstrate expertise in black box and grey box testing methodologies, experience with standard QA and development tools Expert in implementing and optimizing agile development and continuous integration / continuous delivery methodologies Good Experience working with SQL and large volumes of data. Working knowledge of Java programming is a plus. Job Description: As an Information Security Analyst , you will work and collaborate with client IS/Security teams to understand their information security systems, architecture, processes, and requirements. You will also drive necessary changes or implement enhanced information security systems either within Transcend Street or at client systems. This is a critical and high-visibility role requiring strong client/stakeholder management skills, along with experience and expertise in information security tools and standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for executing day to day firm wide cyber security risk, compliance, and assurance activities. Drive the implementation of the cyber security projects and assessments in the areas of governance and risk Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders assessing cyber security controls. Support the collection of any necessary evidence, coordination of walkthroughs /meetings, and any needed logistics to facilitate the assessment / audit effort. Conducting and managing third-party risk assessments to evaluate Transcend products and infrastructure to manage information risks and protect company data. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field 7-10 years of experience in cyber security audit and/ or compliance. A Certified ISO 27001 practitioner will be the best fit. Strong implementation or assessment experience of NIST Cyber Security Framework standards and requirements. Proven track record and experience in executing information security-related projects in a global company Experience in supporting cyber security audits by internal audit or other third parties (i.e., ISO 27001, ISO 27017 (Cloud Security)). Experience with infrastructure operations and processes associated with IT service management in an enterprise-level organization Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience presenting to large audiences. Very good oral and written communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
