Business Process Analyst- Operations

Role Overview: At Transcend, you will empower financial institutions to rethink how they manage collateral and access liquidity through our modular, innovative technology. Your role as a Business Process Analyst in Hyderabad, India, involves collaborating with clients and onshore teams to understand business processes, address critical business challenges, and unlock greater value. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients and onshore teams to understand business processes and ensure smooth BAU operations. - Respond to issues/escalations promptly and provide effective solutions. - Identify process gaps and implement improvements where needed. - Prepare business and process documentation and secure approvals. - Coordinate with technical teams for process implementation. - Support SIT and UAT testing with the QA team. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking (Capital Markets) domain. - Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Financial Securities. - Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint (SQL knowledge is an added advantage). - Ability to create clear and concise business process documents. - Excellent communication skills and experience working with global teams.
