Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Intern who is passionate about delivering high-quality software and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The intern will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to test features, identify bugs, and contribute to building reliable, scalable solutions. This role provides hands-on experience in software testing, test automation, and exposure to SaaS product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Execute manual test cases and identify, document, and report bugs clearly.
• Perform regression, functional, and UI/UX testing on web and mobile applications.
• Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, reports).
• Contribute to setting up automated test scripts (if familiar with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools).
• Verify bug fixes and ensure release readiness.
• Provide feedback to improve overall product usability and performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or other issue tracking systems (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of manual testing concepts (mandatory); exposure to automation testing tools is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
