Location: Domjur, Howrah

Must be open to PAN India travel (as required)

Experience: Min. 10 years in QA (Spices/Food Industry)

Qualification: B.Sc / B.Tech in Food Technology or related

Age Limit: Up to 42 years

Role Overview:

JK Spices is seeking a dynamic and experienced QA Head to lead quality operations across its spice manufacturing units. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in food safety, regulatory compliance, and team leadership within the spices domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee QA processes across production units and supply chain

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and other food safety standards

- Develop and implement SOPs for raw material inspection, in-process control, and final product testing

- Conduct internal audits, vendor assessments, and quality training programs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive improvements

- Maintain documentation and ensure timely reporting of QA metrics and certification

- Drive continuous improvement in product quality, hygiene, and safety protocols

Must-Have Skills:

- Proven expertise in QA within the Spices or Food Processing industry

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, lab testing, documentation and quality control tools

- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

- Willingness to travel across India for audits and quality checks

Compensation & Benefits:

- CTC: ₹7–9 LPA
