Job Description

We are hiring a Head of QA for a permanent role in Pune to lead the quality assurance strategy across our enterprise SaaS products.
This is a senior leadership role that blends strategic planning with hands-on technical expertise in QA, automation, and innovation.
You will own the entire QA functiondefining the QA roadmap, mentoring teams, and ensuring high product quality across development lifecycles.
Responsibilities include managing manual, automation, and performance testing, building scalable automation frameworks using Python, Vue.js, and modern tools, and integrating AI-driven testing solutions to boost coverage and efficiency.
You will oversee QA integration into CI/CD pipelines, manage QA metrics, risk assessments, and lead defect resolution processes.
The role also requires collaboration with engineering, product, and leadership teams to align QA efforts with business goals.
Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of QA experience, including a strong background in SaaS, automation (Selenium, PyTest), scripting (Python), and tools like Postman, SQL, and Elasticsearch.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI-based testing, and QA certifications like ISTQB or CSTE is a plus.
