Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 10-15 years of experience to lead our Quality Assurance team at Purica Pharmaceuticals Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in quality systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all quality procedures are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
Provide training and guidance to employees on quality policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in QA, preferably in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Experience with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
