Location: Barabazar / Bangur, Kolkata

Salary: Up to ₹26,000 NTH (Net Take Home)

Reporting To: IT Manager / ERP Lead

Role Overview:

As an IT ERP Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the SAP ERP system to streamline operations at JK Spices. You'll serve as the bridge between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless deployment, effective troubleshooting, and efficient user training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end SAP ERP software implementation across departments
• Coordinate and communicate with SAP vendors for updates, issue resolution, and customization needs
• Support ERP users by handling functional queries and conducting basic training sessions
• Monitor ERP performance, flag issues, and escalate unresolved problems
• Help configure modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Finance as per business requirements
• Maintain proper documentation of implementation steps, vendor communications, and system updates
• Suggest process improvements based on ERP insights and user feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Applications, IT, or related field
• At least 7–8 years of experience with SAP ERP or similar systems
• Good understanding of business operations, especially in FMCG or manufacturing setups
• Basic technical know-how for troubleshooting and support
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data validation (preferred)
