QA Engineer/Associate

Domain: Factoring / Fintech / Banking & Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests using an existing framework tailored for financial applications.
• Perform regression and smoke testing on mission-critical fintech or BFSI platforms, ensuring high reliability and compliance.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and development teams to troubleshoot domain-specific issues with strong analytical skills.
• Use SQL to validate financial transactions, update ledger entries, and manage database integrity in line with financial domain requirements.
• Coordinate testing efforts across releases, ensuring adherence to strict timelines and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in design and code reviews with a focus on risk management and financial data integrity.
• Ensure all testing activities meet industry-specific quality standards and internal compliance processes (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO, or RBI/NBFC guidelines where applicable).

Profile Required

• 2-4 years of automation testing experience, specifically in the

  Factoring

  ,

  Fintech

  , or

  BFSI

  domain.
• Proven expertise in

  Protractor

  automation for AngularJS-based financial portals or dashboards.
• Solid knowledge of

  Selenium

  and hands-on experience building and maintaining

  test automation frameworks

  .
• Good knowledge of

  API/Web Services testing.

Good to have(name it better)

• Familiarity with

  financial product workflows

  , such as loans, factoring, credit evaluation, KYC, or transaction processing.
• Experience with

  CI/CD tools

  such as

  Jenkins

  , preferably in a regulated deployment pipeline.
• Understanding of domain-specific data formats (e.g., ISO 20022, SWIFT, or UPI-related APIs) is a plus.
