Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA professional with strong testing and project coordination expertise to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing requirements, preparing test plans, and executing both manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API applications. You will work closely with developers to ensure timely bugresolution, maintain automation frameworks, and perform cross-browser and parallel execution testing.Beyond QA responsibilities, you will support project management activities by assisting with scope definition, timelines, and task allocation, while acting as a key coordination point between QA, development, and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

Review and analyze requirement documents to prepare test plans, scenarios, and cases.
Perform functional, manual, API, web, and mobile application testing (hybrid and native).
Execute test cases, track defects, and ensure timely bug resolution through collaboration with developers.
Develop and execute automation test scripts using Selenium and maintain automation frameworks.
Conduct cross-browser and parallel execution testing, preparing test reports and documentation.
Ensure deliverables meet the required quality standards before release.
Support project management activities by assisting in scope definition, timelines, and task allocation.
Facilitate team discussions, prepare status updates, and maintain project documentation.
Act as a coordination point between QA, development, and stakeholders for smooth delivery.

Desired Skill Set

Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing processes.
Hands-on experience with Selenium, bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla), and defect lifecycle management.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Exposure to project management tools such as Youtrack, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with exposure to project coordination ormanagement.
Proven track record in testing web, mobile, and e-commerce applications.
Experience working within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
