We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing strategies. This role emphasizes collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications

Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing

Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools

Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality

Work with cross-functional teams in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives

Maintain and improve automated test suites using tools like Selenium or Appium

Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices

Contribute to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance or software testing

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automated)

Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)

Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and bug reports

Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Knowledge of SQL for database testing

Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Experience with web and mobile application testing

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)

Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)

Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)

Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Experience with mobile testing (iOS/Android)

Background in cross-functional team collaboration
