About The Role

Zoho seeks a highly motivated and experienced QA Developer to join our team in Chennai. This crucial role will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative software solutions. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and executing test plans, directly impacting the success of our products. This is a new position offering significant growth opportunities within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications across multiple platforms.
Design and implement automated test frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies.
Identify, meticulously report, and track software defects, collaborating closely with developers to ensure prompt resolution.
Collaborate effectively with the development team throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure quality is integrated into each phase.
Thoroughly analyze test results, identify recurring issues and trends, and proactively recommend improvements to both the testing process and software design.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Zoho`s quality assurance processes and methodologies.
Remain current with the latest testing tools, technologies, and best practices within the software industry.

Qualifications

Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master`s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation.
Proven ability to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Experience working within an Agile development environment.
