About The Role

Wipro seeks a highly motivated and experienced Product Lead to spearhead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our flagship Fintech product. This pivotal role is instrumental in expanding our product portfolio and requires a proven track record in the Fintech industry. You will be a hands-on leader, driving product vision and collaborating extensively with cross-functional teams. This position offers significant growth opportunities within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and meticulously maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and prevailing market trends.
• Proactively manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on a comprehensive understanding of user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Conduct thorough market research and in-depth competitive analyses to identify and capitalize on opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and a successful product launch.
• Analyze key product performance metrics, identify areas ripe for optimization, and iteratively improve the product based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
• Lead and mentor product team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Develop and manage product budgets and resources effectively.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or Master`s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years specifically within the Fintech industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading the development and launch of successful Fintech products.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise communications for both technical and non-technical audiences.
