Position: QA Automation Engineer

Experience: 6-12 Years

Location: Pune

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to building and executing manual and automated test strategies for high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities

 Test Automation: Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like Postman, Playwright, SoapUI, and JMeter. API Testing: Validate API functionality, performance, and reliability using Postman, SoapUI, and Playwright. UI Testing: Perform UI testing for web applications using Playwright or Selenium. Performance Testing: Utilize JMeter for performance and load testing to ensure system scalability. Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira, Azure DevOps,and resolve them in a timely manner. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA leads, and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies. CI/CD Integration: Participate in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance. Test Documentation: Maintain and update test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.

Required Qualifications

 Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any stream. A diploma in automation is a must-have. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.

 Technical Skills

• Familiarity with automation tools like Postman, Playwright, SoapUI, and JMeter.
• Basic knowledge of API testing and scripting languages such as C#, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
  

 Problem-Solving: Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Team Player: Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills
