Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manual and Automation Tester with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC), proficiency in automation frameworks, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using tools such as Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / TestNG / JUnit.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and create effective test strategies.
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA / Bugzilla / Azure DevOps.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting activities.
• Ensure test coverage and maintain traceability between requirements and test cases.
• Continuously enhance automation coverage and contribute to test framework improvements.
• Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests with build processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) – preferably in Computer Science or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for test script development.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
• Good understanding of database testing using SQL queries.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
