QA Analyst

Job Title: QA Creator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled QA Creator to join our team. As a QA Creator, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing quality assurance processes and test cases to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Your primary goal will be to identify and report defects, collaborate with development teams, and ensure that products meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Case Development: Create detailed test cases and test scripts to validate product functionality.

2. Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.

3. Defect Reporting and Tracking: Report defects and track their resolution through collaboration with development teams.

4. Process Improvement: Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test cases, test results, and product defects.

Requirements:

1. Experience in software testing and quality assurance.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

5. Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).

2. Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).

3. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
