Job Description

  • Perform quality reviews of customer files reviewed by the team's specific QC.
  • Resolve any discrepancies during QA.
  • Conduct QA based on the defined QA framework for sample size and create error logs identifying knowledge gaps between QC Analysts and analysts.
  • Coordinate with training partners/SME team to address these gaps.
  • Report on quality aspects, including categories and types of errors, and provide weekly updates to all Function leads on quality observations.
  • Identify areas of risk and recommend operational improvements, processes for compliance, quality assurance, and additional training to mitigate risk.
  • Track and review Quality Assurance observations with the Line of Business and Quality Control management team, performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions and best practices to support quality of KYC Due Diligence in alignment with Global KYC Standards and guidance.
  • Formulate recommendations to enhance overall quality level of the business and maintain a continuous improvement philosophy, conceptualizing future enhancements to the Quality program.
  • Lead Calibration calls.
Job Requirements
  • Completion of under-graduation or post-graduation in Commerce/Science.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant KYC experience.
  • Familiarity with risk-based KYC principles, client risk assessment, and products used in wholesale banking and institutional broker dealer business.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Industry accreditation ICA/ACAMS is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
