QA Analyst

Job Title: QA Executive – Manual Testing (Automation a Plus)
Location: C 17-18, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow – UP 226010
Experience Required: 2+ years in QA/manual testing (automation knowledge is a plus)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in manual testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications to ensure they meet business and technical requirements. Experience with automation tools is a plus but not mandatory.

You will collaborate with development and product teams, contribute to test planning and execution, and ensure consistent quality in product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze project requirements and specifications
• Develop and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
• Perform functional, UI/UX, regression, and smoke testing on web/mobile applications
• Identify, report, and track bugs with clear documentation
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues
• Perform re-testing and validation of resolved issues
• Assist in test planning and contribute to improving QA processes
• Participate in review meetings and provide test updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in manual testing
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA processes
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think from the end-user perspective
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Exposure to automation testing tools like Selenium, Postman, or JMeter
• Basic knowledge of writing test scripts or using record-and-playback automation tools
• Familiarity with API testing and website performance/security testing
• Understanding of Agile methodologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
