QA Analyst

As a QA Analyst at Transoft Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our innovative software products for the global transportation planning and design community. You will be based in our development office in Bangalore, India, and work closely with the QA team to develop and execute test plans, report defects, and contribute to the overall quality assurance process. Key Responsibilities: - Be proficient with Transoft Solution's products - Develop, maintain, and execute product test procedures for Transoft Products on various CAD platforms - Develop, maintain, and execute installation test procedures to ensure product installation works on different systems - Collaborate with the Platform Specialist developer to report, reproduce, and verify defects - Perform localization testing for different translations of the software - Review technical documents as required - Produce and modify CAD drawings to adhere to development procedures - Work within an agile software development process to enhance process improvement - Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals Qualifications Required: - Possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology (preferred) or a computer-related discipline - Understanding of SDLC, specifically QA role in the cycle - Experience with defect tracking systems - 3-5 years of CAD drafting experience, including AutoCAD (MicroStation experience is an asset) - Proficiency in Windows operating systems and network experience - Ability to write detailed defect reports - Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under tight deadlines Transoft Solutions is committed to providing a flexible working environment that includes both in-person and remote work options.
