QA Analyst

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in software testing to join our team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of software applications through systematic manual and/or automated testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

l Review business and technical requirements to prepare comprehensive test plans and test cases.

l Execute manual and regression testing for web and mobile applications.

l Identify, document, and track defects/bugs using tools like JIRA or similar platforms.

l Collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve issues and ensure high-quality deliverables.

l Conduct functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

l Verify fixes and perform re-testing as needed.

l Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.

l Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

l Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

l 2–3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing (automation knowledge is a plus).

l Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.

l Experience with test case design, bug tracking, and test execution tools.

l Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.

l Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

l Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred (Good to Have):

l Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Postman, or Cypress.

l Exposure to API testing and Agile methodologies.
