Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Python Web Developer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, focusing on back-end development using Python frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python and web frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Design and implement robust APIs and back-end logic to support web and mobile applications.
• Integrate front-end elements into the back-end using technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences.
• Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB to manage and query data efficiently.
• Implement security measures and data protection best practices, including authentication and authorization.
• Conduct code reviews, debug and troubleshoot applications, and ensure code quality and best practices are followed.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Python web development, with a strong understanding of back-end technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Python and web frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular or Vue.js is a plus).
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Knowledge of security practices and data protection.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
