Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Python Lead with strong expertise in Python, FastAPI/Flask, and data engineering frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, design scalable solutions, and collaborate closely with clients to deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in Python-based application development.
• Design, develop, and optimize REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI/Flask.
• Work with large datasets leveraging Pandas, NumPy, SQL, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Postgres, CRDB).
• Integrate applications with middleware platforms such as Mulesoft or BizTalk.
• Apply best practices in OOP, design patterns, and CI/CD pipeline implementations.
• Collaborate with clients during in-person technical discussions and solutioning sessions.
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and security across deployments.

Key Requirements:

• 7–10 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI/Flask, Pandas, NumPy.
• Proven expertise with SQL/NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Postgres, CockroachDB).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, middleware integration (MuleSoft/BizTalk), CI/CD pipelines, OOP, and design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Mandatory in-person client interview process.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Azure Cloud services.
• Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, ADLS).
• Knowledge of messaging queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) for productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
