Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support for AWS cloud networking issues. Mentor and guide junior engineers and IT support staff. Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and processes. Generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and maintenance activities. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
