Fraud Prevention Manager

Role : Lead- Fraud Dispute Management Department: Financial Crime Prevention(FCP) Job Location: Aundh, Pune JD for Lead - Fraud Dispute Management 1. Manage the daily correspondence with partner banks involving Fraud reporting, Fraud related queries, sharing of MIS, Monthly , Quarterly & Annual Cadences 2. Train and mentor the team to carry out fraud dispute handling, investigations, ascertaining the Modus Operandi of Fraud, establishment of liability etc. 3. Be responsible for driving projects in consonance with various internal teams to build automations, controls and carry out process improvements in Financial Crime Prevention domain 4. Drive customer awareness communications initiatives 5. Address and respond to queries from external sources viz. LEA, Banking/RBI Ombudsman etc. 6. Facilitate Fraud insurance claims, as applicable Experience : 1. 10-15 yrs experience in FRM 2. CFE certification is a bonus 3. An earlier experience with a FinTech in similar role will be an advantage 4. Good communication skills is desirable 5. Knowledge of SQL/Python will an advantage Show more Show less
