Fraud Prevention Manager

As a Lead in Fraud Dispute Management within the Financial Crime Prevention department at our Aundh, Pune location, you will be responsible for managing daily correspondence with partner banks, handling fraud reporting, addressing fraud-related queries, and sharing MIS reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Your role will involve training and mentoring the team to handle fraud disputes, conducting investigations to understand the Modus Operandi of fraud, and establishing liability. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to drive projects aimed at automating processes, implementing controls, and enhancing procedures in the Financial Crime Prevention domain. Your responsibilities will also include initiating customer awareness communications campaigns, addressing queries from external entities such as Law Enforcement Agencies, Banking/RBI Ombudsman, and facilitating fraud insurance claims where applicable. To excel in this role, you should have 10-15 years of experience in Fraud Risk Management, with a CFE certification considered a bonus. Previous experience in a similar role within a FinTech organization would be advantageous. Strong communication skills are desirable, and knowledge of SQL/Python will be an added advantage.
