You will be responsible for meeting sales targets through Banks FOS and maintaining relationships with all constituents in the Bank Branch. It is essential to keep accurate records of referrals received from all constituents in the bank branch and adhere to agreed TATs on first customer contact and follow-ups from the date of the lead being registered. You are expected to approach at least 5 new customers in the bank branch each day, increase banks customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions, and achieve the targeted penetration on cross-sell within the branch's customer base. Driving the Reward and recognition programs launched for the bank staff and training the bank staff regularly on concepts in life insurance and new product introductions are also part of your key responsibilities. To measure your success, achieving Business Target milestones AFYP/Blended premium, and the number of cases are crucial. Building a strong relationship with the Bank Branch Manager, effective lead generation, and meeting value/number targets are essential indicators of success. As for the job requirements, being a graduate in any discipline is mandatory. Freshers are also eligible for this position. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of overall experience in sales with at least 6 months of work experience in the fields of Banca, life insurance sales management, retail bank distribution, and channel management and/or DSA relationship is required. As a Relationship Associate/Associate Sales Manager/Financial Sales Manager in the Bancassurance department at Yes Bank, you will be responsible for fulfilling leads, prospecting new business, and establishing strong relationships with branch managers and staff to generate leads.
