Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer (Python) with 0–3 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying full stack applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python backend frameworks and hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) on the backend
• Implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Use version control systems (Git/GitHub) and follow Agile development methodologies
• Explore opportunities to integrate automation and AI-based tools into the development lifecycle

Required Skills:

• Strong command over Python programming and backend frameworks like Django or Flask
• Frontend skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and one of the modern frameworks (React.js / Angular)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Understanding of API development and integration
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting techniques
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 0–3 years of relevant development experience in full stack environments

Preferred Certifications (Any of the following):

• Python Developer Certification (e.g., PCEP, PCAP)
• Full Stack Web Development (Coursera, Udemy, or LinkedIn Learning)
• Django/Flask Certification
• Frontend frameworks (React/Angular) certification
• Cloud fundamentals (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or similar)

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with AI/ML integrations or data visualization libraries
• Hands-on with low-code or automation platforms
• Knowledge of DevOps and containerization
• Contribution to open-source projects or GitHub portfolio
