Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Developer / Software Architect (Python + React)

Lead the design and architecture of scalable web applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and React.js.
Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Guide the development team in implementing robust, maintainable, and secure code.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve development efficiency.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in full stack development with Python and React.
Proven experience in software architecture and system design.
Expertise in Python web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong knowledge of database design (SQL and NoSQL).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with GraphQL and WebSockets.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Exposure to infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.
