Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in WordPress to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered UI/UX solutions for websites, dashboards, and applications.
• Develop responsive WordPress themes and templates from scratch or customize existing themes as per project requirements.
• Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design integration.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO best practices.
• Maintain design consistency across all platforms and devices.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and WordPress innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (4–7 years) as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing WordPress projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
• Expertise in WordPress theme development, plugin integration, and custom post types.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility, UX principles, and cross-browser compatibility.

Mandatory Requirement (Any One Certification):

• AWS Certified (e.g., Solutions Architect / Cloud Practitioner)
• Google Certified (e.g., UX Design / Web Developer / Ads Professional)
• Microsoft Certified (e.g., Azure / Power Platform / Web Solutions)
• Cisco Certified (e.g., CCNA / DevNet)
• Oracle Certified (e.g., Java, Cloud, Web Development)

Note: Candidates must hold at least one valid certification from the above.
