Python Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Python Engineer to join our engineering team and help build scalable, high-performance microservices. You'll work on cutting-edge applications involving real-time communication systems and AI-powered voice technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•  Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Python and FastAPI
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs for high-performance applications
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions

Required Qualifications

•  3-5 years of professional experience in Python development
• Strong expertise in FastAPI framework
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
• Hands-on experience with Docker containers and containerization workflows
• Proficiency with RESTful API design and development
• Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

•  Experience working with real-time voice communication platforms and engines
• Hands-on experience integrating and working with AI voice models
• Knowledge of WebSocket protocols and real-time data streaming
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean)
• Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Background in telecommunications or VoIP technologies
