About The Role
We are seeking experienced Python engineers to join our dynamic team working with one of the world's top Large Language Model (LLM) companies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving the capabilities of AI models by generating, evaluating, and refining high-quality datasets used for fine-tuning and benchmarking LLMs. Your work will directly influence how AI models think, reason, and code, contributing to the development of next-generation intelligent systems. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects without the need to train or build models from scratch, focusing instead on data quality, prompt design, and model evaluation.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess over three years of proven experience in Python development, demonstrating strong coding skills and familiarity with software best practices. A solid understanding of testing, debugging, asynchronous programming, and efficient code optimization is essential. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize clean, efficient Python code for AI training, evaluation, and dataset management.
- Evaluate and compare model responses as part of Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) processes to improve model alignment and performance.
- Create and refine datasets for Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), ensuring data quality and relevance for specific tasks.
- Design and implement reasoning-based feedback mechanisms to enhance model accuracy and interpretability.
- Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and product teams to ensure the integrity and usefulness of data and evaluation metrics.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold high-quality standards and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and software development to continuously improve workflows and methodologies.
