With over a decade of expertise in software, mobile apps, DevOps, and AI, we combine cutting-edge technologies with client-first thinking to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions. 👩💻 What You’ll Do Build robust Flask/Django backend systems from scratch Create, test, and scale RESTful APIs for real-world AI applications Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face) for smart automation Work with Vector Databases (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone) for RAG and search Build intelligent chatbots and backend logic that powers them Collaborate with the React.js frontend team for end-to-end delivery Deploy apps on Azure with confidence (Docker, CI/CD knowledge a bonus) Use Python’s best libraries—not reinvent wheels, but make them race Pick up new tools fast and apply them fearlessly in live environments ✅ You Should Have 3+ years of experience in Python, with strong skills in Flask/Django Solid grip on OOPs, DSA, and basic ML/AI principles Experience integrating LLMs, OpenAI APIs, or transformers Built or contributed to chatbot or NLP-heavy backend systems Understanding of Vector DBs and their role in GenAI pipelines Familiar with React.js, SQL/NoSQL, and Python ecosystem (e.g., Pydantic, LangChain, Celery, etc.) Comfort with Azure deployment and app lifecycle management 🌟 Bonus Points For Hands-on with LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, or RAG systems Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure App Services Open-source contributions or AI project showcases 🤝 Why Join Us Work on next-gen AI systems that have real impact Small team = big ownership + faster learning Be a core part of a product-first engineering culture We love fast learners who thrive on curiosity + code Show more Show less
