- Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications using React and FastAPI.
- Lead design discussions and make key decisions on system architecture, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Optimize backend and frontend systems for scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on coding, DSA, and design principles.
- Work closely with product, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless releases.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt modern tools and practices across the stack.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong grasp of System Design, Scalability, Microservices Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
- Excellent command of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and problem-solving.
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, FastAPI, and related modern ecosystems.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native deployments.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, code quality, and engineering leadership.
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
