POSITION OVERVIEW:

Python Developer (4–5 years)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to gather requirements and design scalable software solutions using Python. 
2. Develop and maintain Python applications, libraries, and scripts, ensuring code efficiency, modularity, and reusability. 
3. Implement and integrate APIs and third-party libraries to enhance the functionality and capabilities of Python applications. 
4. Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality and identify and resolve issues and bugs. 
5. Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, including algorithm optimization, memory management, and database interactions. 
6. Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices, coding standards, and design patterns. 
7. Collaborate with database administrators to design and optimize database schemas and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval. 
8. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Python development and propose their adoption in projects. 
9. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve development processes. 
10. Document code, processes, and software functionality to ensure clear understanding and maintainability. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4–5 years of professional experience

  in Python development and ML/AI solutions.
• Proficiency in

  Python libraries & frameworks

  : PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Strong background in

  Generative AI techniques

  (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, GANs, VAEs, diffusion).
• Experience with

  API development

  (FastAPI, Flask, Django) for model deployment.
• Hands-on with

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  and

  MLOps tools

  (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Git).
• Solid understanding of

  NLP concepts

  : embeddings, tokenization, fine-tuning, vector databases.
• Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in

  Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
