Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain

  RESTful APIs

  and backend services using

  FastAPI or Django

  .
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing backend components and microservices.
• Integrate with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/NoSQL) and external services.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, frontend, DevOps, QA, and our

  Dubai & Riyadh delivery teams

  .
• Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, optimize queries, and improve API efficiency.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS preferred).

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years

  of professional experience in Python backend development.
• Strong experience with

  FastAPI

  and/or

  Django

  frameworks.
• Solid understanding of

  ORMs

  , relational databases, and REST design principles.
• Experience working with

  PostgreSQL/MySQL

  , Redis, Celery, or message queues.
• Familiarity with

  Docker

  , containers, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
• Ability to write unit tests and follow clean coding practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to have

• Experience with

  microservices architecture

• Knowledge of

  GraphQL

  , WebSockets, or async programming.
• Exposure to CI/CD tooling and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
