Python Developer

Role Overview: You are an experienced Python Developer with expertise in FastAPI and/or Django, possessing a minimum of 3 years of hands-on backend development experience. In this role at Integra Technologies, you will collaborate with the engineering and delivery teams in Dubai and Riyadh to create scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices that support high-impact products for regional and global clients. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI or Django. - Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing backend components and microservices. - Integrate with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL, and external services. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, frontend, DevOps, QA, and the Dubai & Riyadh delivery teams. - Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews. - Troubleshoot performance issues, optimize queries, and enhance API efficiency. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS preferred). Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Python backend development. - Strong expertise with FastAPI and/or Django frameworks. - Solid understanding of ORMs, relational databases, and REST design principles. - Experience working with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Celery, or message queues. - Familiarity with Docker, containers, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2 and JWT. - Ability to write unit tests and adhere to clean coding practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
