About the Role

Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices using

  Python, Node.js, and Java

  .
• Build and maintain

  serverless applications

  using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, and other AWS-native services.
• Use

  AWS CDK / SAM

  to define and manage cloud infrastructure as code.
• Develop RESTful and event-driven APIs with strong focus on performance, security, and resilience.
• Collaborate closely with UI/Frontend teams for full-stack feature delivery.
• Work with teams in

  Dubai and Riyadh

  to align delivery timelines, architecture decisions, and customer requirements.
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code following modern engineering practices.
• Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, code reviews, and DevOps pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems, cloud workflows, and API performance.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years

  of full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong coding experience in

  Python

  Node.js

  , and

  Java

• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless and cloud-native services:

• Lambda

  ,

  Step Functions

  ,

  API Gateway

  ,

  DynamoDB

  ,

  SQS/SNS

  , etc.
• Experience using

  AWS CDK

  or

  AWS SAM

  for IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices patterns.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable working in distributed teams.

Good to have

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue/Angular).
• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time communication patterns.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes/EKS or hybrid architectures.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automation frameworks.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
