Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Python Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python frameworks, API development, and data integration, along with solid problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, efficient code.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Design and build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging.
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to project planning discussions.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong experience in Python (3+ years)
• Hands-on expertise in Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Proficient in REST API development
• Solid understanding of RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
• Familiarity with ORMs (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of Docker, Linux commands, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
• Unit testing using PyTest, unittest, etc.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Celery, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of Microservices architecture
• Familiarity with GraphQL or Socket programming
• Any frontend language like ReactJS or Angular

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in backend development using Python
