Job Description

J o b Summary : Wissen Technology is hiring a skilled Python Developer with strong Java experience to join our team in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role requiring in-person collaboration 3 days a week. We are looking for professionals with 510 years of experience who can join immediately or are currently serving notice.

Experience : 5-10 Years

Location: Mumbai

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) and Java (Spring Boot)
Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Work on data pipelines and automation workflows ( PyKit or similar libraries a plus)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system design, integration, and deployment
Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code
Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions
Work in an agile environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Required Skills and Qualification:

Strong expertise in Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI)
Hands-on experience with Java / Spring Boot / Microservices
Experience in REST API design and integration
Strong understanding of OOPs, Data Structures, and Algorithms
Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases
Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication and ownership attitude

Good to Have Skills:

Experience in PyKit , Data Engineering, or ETL pipelines
Exposure to Automation / Scripting
Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, or data-driven applications
