RPA Developer (UiPath & Power Automate)

3+ years of experience in UiPath and Power Automate

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement

  RPA solutions

  using

  UiPath

  and

  Power Automate

  .
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to

  identify automation opportunities

  .
• Create and maintain

  RPA workflows, scripts, and automation bots

  .
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize

  existing automation processes

  for efficiency and performance.
• Integrate RPA solutions with various enterprise applications like

  ERP, CRM, databases, and APIs

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  security, governance, and best practices

  in RPA development.
• Develop and maintain

  technical documentation

  for automation processes.
• Provide

  support, monitoring, and maintenance

  of deployed automation solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with

  RPA trends, tools, and best practices

  .

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience

  in

  UiPath

  and

  Power Automate

  .
• Strong expertise in

  RPA development, deployment, and maintenance

  .
• Experience in

  Orchestrator, attended/unattended bots, and REFramework.

•  Proficiency in

  Power Automate Desktop and Cloud flows

  .
• Knowledge of

  API integration, SQL, and scripting languages

  (e.g., Python, VBScript, JavaScript).
• Understanding of

  AI/ML models, OCR tools, and process mining

  is a plus.
• Experience with

  Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power BI

  is a bonus.

• Ability to work in

  agile methodologies

  and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Certifications:

• UiPath Certified RPA Developer (UiARD)
