Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, UI/UX principles, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React.js and integrate them with RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable backend code using Node.js and Express.
• Manage MongoDB databases including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Work with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Technical Skills Required

• Frontend:

  React.js, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Material UI / Tailwind CSS

• Backend:

  Node.js, Express.js

• Database:

  MongoDB (including Mongoose)

• Dev Tools:

  Git, GitHub/GitLab, Postman, VS Code

• APIs:

  RESTful APIs, third-party API integrations

• Others:

  NPM/Yarn, Webpack, Babel, JWT/Auth, Unit Testing (Jest, Mocha is a plus)

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Familiarity with Next.js or GraphQL
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer or in a similar role.
