RPA Developer (UiPath & Power Automate)

You are a skilled and proactive RPA Developer with experience in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. Your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate repetitive and rule-based processes, thereby enhancing efficiency and accuracy across business operations. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and provide technical solutions. Your key responsibilities include analyzing business processes for automation possibilities, designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate, gathering requirements from stakeholders, maintaining and monitoring automation solutions for optimal performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues in automated processes, documenting solutions comprehensively, integrating RPA tools with various systems, and ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable automation practices. Additionally, you will provide user training and support as required and stay updated with the latest RPA trends and technologies. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of experience in RPA development. Proficiency in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework) and strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows) are essential. You should have a solid understanding of business process management and automation strategies, and experience with VB.NET, C#, or Python would be advantageous. Knowledge of API integration, SQL, Excel, and common business applications is necessary, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team while delivering high-quality RPA solutions.,
