Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings in terms of quality, price, and delivery schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing costs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to align purchasing strategies with organizational goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor information, and prepare reports on purchasing activities.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect the quality of goods received and resolve any disputes with suppliers regarding product quality or delivery issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
