Key Responsibilities: Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations. Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service hours. Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve any guest concerns. Help with staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards. Coordinate between the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations. Assist with inventory control, ordering, and basic administrative tasks. Step in as acting manager in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a restaurant or hotel. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and customer service best practices. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
