As the Head of Purchase at our company located in Sector 132, Noida, with 5-10 years of experience preferably in Retail/Cinema/Hospitality industry, you will play a crucial role in leading the procurement strategy, vendor management, and cost optimization to ensure the timely availability of materials and services across operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute purchasing and procurement strategies to meet the company's goals. - Manage vendor selection, negotiation processes, and establish long-term partnerships. - Ensure cost control measures, maintain quality standards, and oversee timely procurement operations. - Oversee contracts, pricing agreements, and ensure compliance with company policies. - Collaborate with operations, finance, and warehouse teams to streamline procurement processes. - Monitor inventory levels and conduct demand forecasting to optimize supply chain efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduation/Post-graduation degree (MBA preferred). - Extensive experience in procurement, sourcing, and negotiations. - Proficient in vendor management and possess strong analytical skills. - Demonstrated leadership abilities with prior experience in team handling and management.
