(Rajkot, Gujarat) is seeking a dynamic, experienced Purchase Manager to optimize material procurement for our Pre-Engineered Building (#PEB) and #SteelFabrication projects. This key role impacts our growth in #warehousing and #factoryshed construction. Primary Focus & Impact Lead procurement excellence for high-value materials required for #prefabstructure and #metalbuilding projects across the country. Key Responsibilities (Condensed) Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute purchasing strategies for core materials: Structural Steel, Sheeting, Purlins, and associated materials for Industrial Sheds. Cost & Negotiation: Secure optimal pricing and contract terms for large-volume purchases, driving significant cost savings. Must track and forecast steel market trends. Vendor Management: Identify, qualify, and manage a robust supply chain (national/local) ensuring quality compliance for all #heavyfabrication inputs. System Optimization: Streamline purchase-to-pay processes and ensure integration with project management timelines. Essential Profile Experience: Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in the Procurement/Purchase department. Industry Background: Must have experience in the Engineering, Steel Manufacturing, Heavy Fabrication, or related Industrial sectors. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of material specifications (especially structural steel) and quality standards for #shedconstruction .
