Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Ordering
Expedite and ensure timely procurement of raw materials, bought-out items, and services, including logistics, as per the lead matrix.
Purchase Order Review & Compliance
Review purchase orders in line with EEPL Audit guidelines.
Take immediate action on claims and ensure closure of Purchase Orders / Work Orders in alignment with company policies.
Vendor Management & Negotiation
Develop effective negotiation strategies to achieve cost savings.
Ensure earliest possible deliveries with adherence to required quality standards.
Process & System Improvements
Drive improvements in the purchase system.
Ensure strict compliance with procurement process guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience (8–10 years) in purchase/procurement within
Fabrication, APC, or EPC industries
.
Strong knowledge of purchase systems, vendor management, and cost optimization.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work within compliance and audit frameworks.
