Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for sourcing ingredients and materials, negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production, and maintaining good relationships with vendors. The role also includes overseeing the purchase order process, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and keeping up with market trends to optimize purchasing strategies.

Qualifications

• Procurement, Negotiation, and Supplier Management skills
• Inventory Management and Cost Control experience
• Knowledge of the baking industry and ingredients sourcing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
