Purchasing Manager

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to coordinate with vendors for purchasing raw materials, managing jewelry production, and ensuring quality control. Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of Hindi is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with vendors for purchasing raw materials (gold, silver, etc.)

2. Manage jewelry production process

3. Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards

4. Maintain records and reports using MS Excel

5. Verify weight, finishing, and design accuracy.

6. Send products for hallmark testing and track results.

7. Verify the quantities before approval for sales entry.

8. Negotiate prices and terms with vendors

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in purchase management or QC

2. Strong knowledge of jewelry production and quality control

3. Proficiency in MS Excel

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

5. Knowledge of Hindi is preferred
