Purchasing Executive

We are seeking a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in Procurement, specifically in handling multiple Electronics Items in a timely and systematic manner to deliver results. You should be capable of thinking quickly and working effectively under pressure situations. As an Executive-Purchase (Electronics), your main responsibility will involve managing all aspects of purchasing, including evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and preparing reports on orders and costs. It is essential to have a good understanding of market research and possess solid analytical skills to identify the most profitable offers. Clear verbal and written communication with suppliers to convey requirements and schedules is crucial for this role. In this position, you will be based in Gurgaon and will be responsible for understanding project requirements, drawings, and the procurement process against work orders from various departments such as Production, R&D, and CSD. Your duties will also include cultivating and maintaining positive vendor relations to achieve cost savings and quality standards, as well as investigating potential products, practices, and services to reduce operational costs. Additionally, you will manage open purchase orders, ensure timely delivery, and investigate any receiving issues that may arise.
