Location: New Friends Colony, New Delhi – 110025 Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 4–7 years Industry: Construction & Interior Design Job Description: Sense Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a well-organized and experienced Purchase Manager to handle procurement of materials, equipment, and services for interior fit-out and civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, vendor management experience, and knowledge of construction materials and market trends. Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors for project requirements Procure construction/interior materials as per BOQ, design, and project needs Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules Ensure timely availability of materials across all sites PAN India Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor agreements, and inventory reports Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and finance teams Monitor market trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities Ensure quality compliance and manage return/replacement processes when needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or relevant field 4–7 years of purchasing experience in construction or interior projects In-depth knowledge of building/interior materials, vendors, and logistics Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and documentation Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills: Experience working with turnkey interior/execution companies Familiarity with TDS, GST invoices, and procurement compliance To Apply: Please send your resume via Indeed or email it to senseprojects772@gmail.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
